Sollit and ACEG simplify AREI inspection for solar panel installers

The ACEG connection in Sollit simplifies the AREI inspection process for Belgian solar panel installations. Inspection requests are submitted directly from Sollit, skipping manual steps and reducing administrative burdens.

The link supports installers in planning, tracking and completing AREI inspections within one central work environment.

Automatic submission of AREI inspections.

When a solar panel installation is delivered, Sollit automatically submits the inspection request to ACEG. All required project and customer data are exchanged correctly and securely, in accordance with the applicable AVG guidelines.

This eliminates the need for installers to submit separate applications outside of Sollit.

Insight into inspection status and delivery

ACEG automatically links the status of the inspection request back to Sollit. Installers thus have continuous insight into the progress of the inspection and can better inform end customers about the time of commissioning.

After completion of the inspection, the inspection report is automatically linked to the respective project and customer profile in Sollit.

Digital inspection report via SPOQ

The inspection report is directly accessible via a link to SPOQ, the digital platform used by ACEG for document management. From SPOQ, all associated data and attestations can be accessed without separate documents or manual uploads.

Extension with measurement reports (As Built).

In addition to the AREI inspection process, the collaboration also supports preliminary measurement reports via As Built, a partner within the SPOQ platform. A technician performs a preliminary survey on site in advance and records findings in a digital report.

This report includes diagrams, measurements, photos, material lists, points of interest and possible additional costs and is automatically made available in Sollit through the existing link to SPOQ.
